Welcome to Sparkle Ritual ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from sparkleritual.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products
The Sparkle Ritual™ LED Glow Mask is a cosmetic light-therapy device intended for at-home use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Do not use if you are pregnant, taking photosensitive medication, suffer from epilepsy, have active skin cancer, or have any condition that may be aggravated by light therapy. Consult your doctor if in doubt.

3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our authorized partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
