Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
7-10 business days everywhere after dispatch — Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and worldwide.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your door.

Customs & taxes
All taxes and duties are included — no surprise fees at delivery.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact sparkleritual.shop@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at sparkleritual.shop@gmail.com. We'll either resend your order at no cost or refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email sparkleritual.shop@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
